Our client is a well established retail bank in Hong Kong. With the growth of the personal Financial Services market a position has become available for a strategic planner to join the company.
Reporting to the Senior Strategic Planning Manager, you will support and lead the development of the PFS strategic initiatives at country levels within the Asia pacific region by undertaking strategic analysis of the PFS businesses and retail banking markets to identify opportunities and threats. You will be expected to deliver strategic proposals, presentations and business cases. This role will also be to provide an independent assessment of PFS strategic options to determine prioritization of investment and approach.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years experience within the financial services industry with a track record in analysis or strategic planning with a multinational or consultancy. You will have sound understanding of the Asian market and have the ability to be able to anticipate future trends impacting the business and determine options for maximize business growth. Mature and focused, you will have the maturity to communicate with senior management and make measured decisions. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
