The Senior Project Manager-IT or the ICT (Real Estate) Manager will work with the Real Estate department in identifying, designing, and implementing the ICT Requirements for the projects currently under development. He will act as a Relationship Manager for the IT department within Real Estate in conforming to the IT Strategy guidelines in terms of Enterprise Architecture and Governance.

Responsibilities:
Identifies and plans for ICT requirements for the Real Estate development projects according to its function and business needs.
Develop an Integrated ICT master Plan for the Real Estate Projects.
Develops the needed systems specification and quantities, with eye on expandability, maintainability, and operation cost, and formulate the RFPs accordingly.
Investigate study and promote leading edge technologies that can add value to the business.
Conducts tenders evaluation in coordination with consultants and identifies the elements for calculation of total cost of ownership.
Develops project plans, and manages the implementation of each system from rewarding to final acceptance & handover (in coordination of Construction project managers, and vendors project managers).
Manages the systems capacity for providing services.
Develops and implements plans for high service availability, and service continuity (disaster recovery)
Develops the departments budget and manages the department expenditure.
Manages in coordination with accounting department, the identification of the financial elements, and calculation of ICT capital cost, operation costs support costs, and end user service price.
Develops and implements policies and procedures for operations, administration and support.
Develops team technical know-how for first-line support with system vendors.
Develops and manages SLAs for customer services.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in the field of IT/Communications/Electronics
Over 12 years work experience in related field
Knowledge of wireless LAN design & operation
Experience in administering and supporting passive and active data networks (knowledge of intelligent patch panels is a plus)
Knowledge and experience in Contract management and Quality management ITIL foundation certified (ITIL service manager certified is preferable)
Knowledge of Copper and Fiber structured-cabling
Knowledge of data switching equipment
Knowledge of server hardware
Knowledge of Data centre design for high availability and disaster recovery
Knowledge and experience in project and contract management (Project Management certification is preferable)
Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems
Knowledge of Audio Visual systems (Screens, displays, audio distribution, audio conferencing systems, interpretation systems, electronic boards, training labs, etc)
Knowledge of VOIP systems (experience in Voice systems is preferable)
Knowledge and experience in information security
Experience in setup and administration of data centre environment
