This is a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to play a lead role in mergers and acquisitions in the Asia Pacific region at a major US multinational. This is a key role in a company that is a leader in its industry and has strong growth plans in the region, in particular China. You need 7-10 years of experience, including substantial M&A experience, in a reputable law firm or multinational. Native Mandarin, fluent English and undergraduate degree in law are a must; overseas LLM preferred but not essential. You will work closely with senior business managers. Compensation attractive.
