Job details Solutions sales role – Rare opportunity

This market leader offers solutions for a variety of functions including conferencing and training space, conferencing and seminar facilities, software rollouts and computer training support. Currently looking to further drive their revenue locally, they are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Head of Sales who can offer a consultative sales approach into the financial services sector and manage their Hong Kong sales team.

Reporting to the General Manager of Asia, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Hong Kong team and driving the firm’s sales targets. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to manage a set of established key accounts as well as develop new business opportunities for the office.

The successful candidate must be experienced in managing and driving a sales team to success in a target and KPI driven environment, you must be experienced at acquiring new business and maintaining an established network of senior level clients across the financial services industry. You must have strong business acumen in order to understand clients’ businesses, and you must be able to contribute to the long term growth and strategic direction of the business.
