This prestigious French luxury brand continues to influence fashion of its time and celebrates its 130th year anniversary. Well known for its innovation, quality and creation we are looking for an equally talented retail operations manager to help manage and drive all directly managed stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
You are required to drive sales and customer service, ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered in each store while planning and achieving sales targets. Provide staff training and development, and oversee the presentation of merchandise and manage the inventory lists.
Requirements.
A diploma or above
Five years retail experience
Previous experience in a management role, ideally within luxury brands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
