Offering a broad portfolio of services including document consulting, outsourcing and managed services, my MNC client is serving over 6,000 companies across 60 countries and is a clear leader in document management is currently looking for Senior Marketing Executive (Services Promotion) their regional operation based in Singapore.
Primary Role:
Provide marketing leadership and support to promote services offering across Asia Pacific
Develop and fully utilize services offering marketing materials across Asia Pacific
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with each Service Development Managers (SDM) from the Business Development Office (BDO) to jointly plan, develop and execute go-to-market initiatives to promote different Global Service Offerings across Asia Pacific.
Identify and evaluate market / business trends to propose creative and relevant messaging to BDO to support go-to-market initiatives. Propose regional marketing mix activities (e.g events, web, advertorials etc ) to achieve service promotion objectives.
Serve as conduit between SDMs and country marketing teams through regular communications to solicit participation and collaboration for regional go-to-market activities for service promotion.
Plan and manage within approved budgets for execution of activities with country marketing teams.
Organize the development of supporting marketing communication deliverables for go-to-market activities including translation and localisation requirement. Examine global marketing resources for possible leverage and deployment across Asia Pacific.
Research and monitor competitive marketing activities of similar service offerings across Asia Pacific for benchmarking.
Establish service promotion excellence, best practices sharing and success metrics standardisation across Asia Pacific.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree required preferably in marketing
Minimum 6 years of work experience in the IT industry (B2B) and MNC with exposures in marketing program planning and execution in a regional capacity. Prior working experience in the IT / business process outsourcing services industry is highly desirable.
Track record in conceptualizing and executing integrated end-to-end regional marketing programs with clear objectives and success metrics to meet revenue targets and market share objectives.
Strong knowledge and understanding of effective marketing communication mix and tools (e.g. events, web, analysts, public relations etc) for B2B customer engagement
Excellent presentation skills to various levels of management
Ability to collaborate, communicate and influence across cross functional lines throughout the organizational structure
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
