Job details New and exciting opportunity exists with our organization - a global Consumer Electronics manufacturer.

We have an immediate need for a seasoned HR manager who has experience delivering results while building strong working partnerships. This role will work closely with the Global Sr. Manager, Human Resources based in New York to design and deliver best-practices HR programs across our offices and manufacturing plants in China.

To succeed In this new role, the right individual will posess:
o A minimum of 7 years generalist HR experience in the areas of HR strategy, recruitment, training and development, and employee relations
o Demonstrated experience developing and executing initiatives across multiple locations
o Experience in a manufacturing setting supporting populations of 3,000 or more
o Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese)
o The ability to build trust and credibility

This visible role will work with our HR staff across our different locations in China to build one cohesive HR voice. Must be willing to travel between our offices in Shenzhen, Foshan, Jiang Xi, and Hong Kong.
