Our client is one of the newly opened Mega-Casino's in Macau. Currently they are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to supervise the operating performance of 7 retail outlets on the premises. The number of outlets will increase in the near future. The incumbent will be reporting to the Director of Retail Operations. Amongst other things, the incumbent is to lead and supervise a team of store managers to perform at standards consistent with the requirements of the company and to implement and execute all operating procedures and policies at store level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in retail operations, good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and have a tertiary education. Remuneration package; Up to MOP60,000 gross per month depending on experience and qualifications, Medical Package, Provident fund. The role is immediately available.
