The work you will do will be hugely diverse, therefore making your CV and future look very bright. A change of pace is achievable in Hong Kong without having to dumb down on the quality of the work that you are doing. Your work will include but will not be limited too: -
A wide range of hybrid debt and equity aspects of asset and project financings through to securitisations and leasing deals. Asset finance transactions, effected through on balance sheet subsidiaries, off balance sheet vehicles or structured as operating, financing or defeasance leases, all asset types including aircraft, ships, space and satellite equipment and rolling stock , warehousing structures, advice to government export credit agencies of leading exporting nations. Transaction restructuring including asset buyouts, sale and leasebacks and refinancings, Leveraged and acquisition financing, Hedge fund financing and Property financing.
You must have at least 4 years experience from a top firm, good academic record (certificates supplied upon application where possible) and the ambition to take your career through to Partnership.
No language skills needed but you must be qualified from Hong Kong or a Commonwealth country, ideally UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand.
