You must be Hong Kong admitted, with experience in M&A and Corporate Finance deals. Language skills are not essential but anyone who is trilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese and English would be considered ideal.
The work will be very diverse as the team gets involved in a whole host of big ticket transactions. A top class career path will be mapped out for you in what is a very collegiate atmosphere. Their attorneys in Hong Kong often work in tandem with their attorneys in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, the United States and Europe to serve their clients in Asia, handling matters in mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
