A top global Investment Bank is looking to appoint an experienced Client Servicing Officer to join their busy Hong Kong based team.
The team are committed to providing a high level of service to every client and the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for client queries in relation to trade breaks, commission and fee differences as well as initial margin call queries, interest calculations and other general enquiries.
The ability to maintain and develop strong key client relationships is a must and a minimum of 4 years experience in Banking is essential, as is a good understanding of the back office functions including reconciliations, settlements and corporate actions.
The ideal individual will be pro-active, self-motivated with an enthusiastic and positive approach to their work.
