Our client is a worldwide leader in Real Estate. They are currently seeking a candidate with a minimum of 7 years related experience in commercial, financial, and real estate transactions. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate existing experience in drafting and negotiating property and construction agreements in relation to REITS and private equity. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate experience in some, or all of: capital markets, IPOs, acquisitions, corporate governance and be able to supervise corporate secretarial matters. Asia Pacific regional exposure would also be very beneficial. The role would ideally suit someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, work in a team as well as be able to work independently. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, or other Asian language is preferred.
