Job Description:
Reporting to the Director in the overseas headquarters, you will be responsible for base station management including operations, maintenance and servicing. Your primary duties will be to lead a team of staff across the areas of technical, materials and logistics, as well as ensuring you meet and exceed the customers’ requirements and service delivery. Working closely with suppliers and strategic partners, you will ensure that spares and service levels are maintained in optimal condition at all times. You will be handling business meetings with our high-profile customers and ensure annual audits are carried out successfully according to customers’ requirements.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you will have a relevant degree in Engineering, in addition to an appropriate aircraft license. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team in a similar business, as well as having the technical experience in aircraft maintenance and good computer skills. You will be a practical manager and a strategic thinker, with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. You will be well regarded by your peers for your strong organisational, planning and client management ability. Fluency in English is essential while Cantonese is an advantage. Occasional travelling may be required for this position.
