Our client’s US Securities Practice Group, Asia Pacific Region consists of over a dozen lawyers trained in US Securities laws, and is an integral part of its worldwide US Securities Practice Group. The Beijing office is now looking for a US securities lawyer with at least 7 years’ post qualification experience to join the US Securities Practice Group. This is a partner designated role.
Applicants should have experience in international equity and debt offerings, including SEC registered, Rule 144A and Reg S transactions. Experience gained in leading a US practice would be an advantage. Applicants should also be admitted in at least one US jurisdiction (preferably New York). Excellent academics, fluent English and Chinese are essential requirements for this position.
