Responsibilities:
•Develop a vision and a business plan for the region. Identify critical issues that must be addressed to realize this plan and establish specific short-term and medium term objectives, plans and priorities, and measurement tools;
•Grow team and capability to self deliver Project Management;
•Provide strong and effective leadership to the current team, ensuring that all levels of staff are motivated to contribute fully to the realization of the business plan;
•Identify and close opportunities for the full range of service offerings; and
•Take responsibility for creating and delivering the budget every year.

Requirements:
•An undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or Business;
•A minimum of ten years’ project management or construction management experience;
•Knowledge and understanding of construction practices/techniques, Title III of ADA, contract laws, project controls, FIDIC, and building support systems;
•Strong oral/written communication skills in English, fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred;
•Strong business acumen/understanding of the economics of a business;
•Demonstrates an innate ability to lead, able to motivate and inspire others, build morale and generate enthusiasm, pride and commitment; and
•Armed with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; able to engage the organization, the customer, and other key stakeholders and establish a high level of credibility.
