A Magic Circle firm is looking for a corporate associate with solid experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity to join its well respected team. Candidates should have 2 + years PQE and will preferably be admitted in either the US or UK. This role is for a native speaker of English with excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Local experience would be an advantage but our client is willing to relocate candidates who express a genuine desire to relocate to Asia and are prepared to commit to the region for at least two years.
