Our client, a major force in the International Legal Sector that has a big presence in China is looking for a PRC qualified lawyer to join their Shanghai practice.
Their Shanghai-based team works closely with local Chinese firms to offer clients the full range of legal services in areas such as banking, insurance, manufacturing and retail.
The team advises on a wide range of matters including:
• trading arrangements and the structuring of investments in China
• establishing and registering joint ventures in China
• establishing representative offices and wholly foreign-owned enterprises in China
• mergers and acquisitions
• insurance
• aerospace and aviation
• general commercial arrangements and agreements
• technology and e-business
• intellectual property
• employment and immigration
• dispute resolution
You will be expected to have 6 years + PQE and have worked in prominent firms conducting good quality work. You will back this up with excellent academics.
This position will offer you a great career path, clearly mapped out by the firm. You will take on a senior position within the firm and be expected to help lead the team.
