Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Sales and Operation teams in achieving overall business objectives. By conducting market analysis, you will develop sales strategies to cope with continued business growth across all industries. Working closely with sales and operations managers within your team, you will further strengthen the freight forwarding and 3rd party logistics business. Focusing in the Hong Kong market, you will also develop new businesses in China.
The Successful Applicant:
A degree holder in logistics, marketing or related disciplines, you have a minimum 7 years of sales or business development experience with at least 3 years at a managerial level. You have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new businesses in the logistics industry. You also need to demonstrate a high level of understanding of the freight forwarding, warehousing and supply chain business as well as providing insights to senior management. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills and the drive to succeed. With rapid expansion to China, previous experience in the China market is an advantage.
