About Our Client
Our client is a leading conglomerate in the energy sector, providing leading technology solutions to corporations and individuals on a daily basis. Not only is our client providing everyone a service of electricity transmission and distribution, our client also adheres to their Corporate Social Responsibility researching and developing lower emission solutions. Due to their rapid growth and heavy investment in China, our client is now looking for a qualified Finance professional to lead a large team in the newly set up Financial Shared Service Centre.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing an exceptionally large number of subordinates including growing this team to around 100 staff. You will take charge of all Finance functions to cover and serve our clients separate business units and plants to optimize efficiency through the shared service. You will need to improve and maintain internal controls and systems whilst continually mentoring and developing your large team to work to tight deadlines.
The Successful Applicant:
CPA or ACCA qualified, you must have at 10 years in the Finance professional with at least 5 years at Manager level. You should be a strong leader with excellent time management for yourself and your staff, be able to handle a large team and have a good background in system set up and improvements. Ideally with Finance Shared Service experience, you must be ambitious, motivated and accept challenges to work in this role.English and Mandarin essential for this position.
