A role has opened as the global head of the legal team for an international-leading company in the fashion industry. The role will be Hong Kong based. The applicant should have experience in the area of intellectual property, both contentious and non-contentious and be able to work effectively with the sales and group finance team. Reporting to the CFO, the successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the legal team, overseeing all legal, compliance and tax matters related to the organization. This position will also provide the successful applicant with opportunities to travel. The role would ideally suit someone with 8-10 years relevant experience, some of which would ideally be related to Intellectual Property. Native level English is expected and Mandarin would be beneficial.
