A top tier UK firm is urgently looking to recruit a mid level associate to join its renowned project finance practice. You will ideally have substantial experience of project documents including for example construction, fuel/feedstock, off-take and concession agreements on project-financed infrastructure, power and oil & gas projects. You should also be commercially astute, adept at drafting, reviewing and negotiating the full range of documents listed above and will ideally have had exposure to other types of finance documentation (e.g. credit agreements/security documents). Asian language skills and/or exposure to Asian projects would be advantageous but are not essential requirements for this role. Candidates who have trained or worked in top tier international firms will have a distinct advantage while admission in a Common Law jurisdiction is essential.
