Corporate Associate (3-6 years PQE) – HONG KONG – Leading International Firm – Cutting Edge Transactions – Blue Chip Client Base – Language Skills Required
This leading international is looking to appoint a mid-level associate to its busy corporate practice in Hong Kong. The practice primarily involves take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPO’s, corporate finance, equity securities and corporate restructuring.
The successful candidate should be HK or Commonwealth qualified, have written and spoken English and Chinese language skills and have preferably 3-6 years PQE from a recognized firm’s corporate practice.
The firm are looking for the ultimate team player who is able to build strong relationships and work within a fast-paced and challenging arena. In return is the chance to work alongside chambers ranked associates in a collegiate atmosphere whilst working on cutting edge transactions for a blue chip client base.
Salary paid will be extremely competitive on top of a generous bonus/relocation package etc.
