A position as the Head of Compliance for Greater China has recently arisen for a leading European Investment Bank. The successful candidate, who can be based in either Hong Kong or the PRC, will be the main contact for the regional business lines on all Greater China compliance and regulatory issues and would be heavily involved in the development and implementation of compliance policy and programmes throughout the Asia Pacific region. Applications are being considered from candidates who have in excess of eight years compliance experience (with a Greater China focus) and have prior experience in dealing with Greater China regulatory authorities. Candidates will be considered from outside Asia as long as they have the necessary experience and native level Mandarin abilities.
