1. Manages PO and vendor delivery to ensure material supply for production needs. Coordinate with logistics for urgent delivery, solve paperwork problem and take action on Inventory adjustment.
2. Review payment with key vendors. Make sure vendor invoice on time and solving payment problems.
3. Review and set up SAP purchase part parameters.
4. Uses understanding of supply chain management to facilitate the introduction of programs such as shared controllership, supplier managed inventory, and direct delivery with suppliers
5. Supports the Procurement team to ward achieving department/team goals. Makes continuous contributions toward team measures and performance in supply chain areas such as physical inventory management and financial goals regarding lead-time reduction, inventory reductions and cost reductions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Logistics Management Basic knowledge/understanding of procurement practices, terms, negotiation concepts, and business law. Basic knowledge/understanding of financial and analytical principles and the ability to apply them in a business environment. Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent English skills, verbal and written.
