This premier U. S. powerhouse is looking for an additional associate for its real estate team in Shanghai. Our client’s real estate team represents developers, lenders, investment banks, and U.S. and non-U.S. investors. The team’s activities include work on the purchase, sale, construction, financing and operation of commercial, industrial, residential and retail projects throughout the U. S. and Europe and restructurings on behalf of lenders, borrowers and joint venturers.
Applicants must have at least 3 years’ PQE with strong experience in real estate finance gained from a leading practice and excellent academics.
