Job details Oger Hong Kong, an affiliate to Saudi Oger, one of the largest construction companies in the Gulf Region, is establishing a sourcing and procurement office in Shanghai, China.

The company is seeking to recruit an Office Secretary. In addition to the regular administrative responsibilities attached to the position (reception, filing, airline and hotel reservations...), the office secretary will be heavily involved with the Sourcing Team and the Office Managers to coordinate issuance of tender documents received from company affiliates in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and France and their distribution to designated suppliers and vendors.

The position of Office Secretary is a starting position for any individual aiming to pursue a career in sourcing and procurement.

The appropriate candidate should be a university graduate with a degree in Business Administration or its equivalent. The appropriate candidate should also have an appealing personality, very good communication and organizational skills as the job will require a lot of communication with the different companies and affiliates of the group.

The candidate should have a good command of the English language (both spoken and written).
