We represent a major global financial services provider engaged in retail and commercial banking. To support the strategic expansion in Singapore, our client is looking to fill Middleware Product Development/Application Design positions.
Middleware Product Development Manager
Mandatory Requirements:
4-7 years of application design and development experience in Java/J2EE technologies, with at least 2 years of experience as a senior developer in a demanding enterprise J2EE/SOA/Webservices environment
Minimum 3 years experience in middleware with one of the skill set such as ESB, EAI, EJB, MQ Series or Tibco
Strong in Java programming
Desirables:
Experience in implementing and supporting web based enterprise systems across multiple countries/businesses
Experience programming in Banking Delivery Channels like Internet, Mobile, Telephony, IVR, ATM, Branch
Expertise in open source framework including spring MVC, Spring, Webflow, Spring Framework, Acegi Security, Hibernate ORM, EHcache, Quartz, Log4J, etc
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills are essential
Candidates must work well in a fast-paced, changing environment and be able to manage multiple tasks, projects and initiatives all with different priorities at the same time
