Release Management group (RM) Beijing
The Release Management group is a dynamic growing team in OARDC responsible for Oracle Application products release related.
KEY OBJECTIVE:
Help customer solve complex business and technical issues, focusing on solution providing to customer, effectively manage assigned project tasks according to plan, participate in proposal development, may need to provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants. On-site work may be required base on project needs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be the expert for the Applications products being worked on.
2. Support Oracle key EBS customers in APAC to solve critical issues after (or during) implementation.
3. Verify the feasibility of solutions before we providing them to customers.
4. QA work on Oracle EBS pre-release versions.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
1. BS or MS in Computer, Business, Industry Engineering or Operations Research.
2. Functional expertise in Financials or Supply Chain Management is a must and any the following areas would be a big plus: Discrete or Process Manufacturing, CRM, HRMS, and Project Management etc.
3. Above 7 years financial or SCM implementation experience is required, GL,AP,AR,FA and CM or INV,PO,OM,BOM and WIP must be included . At least 3 entire implementation projects experience.
3. Technical knowledge of Oracle database, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix OS, development experience will be a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills and great teamwork.
5. Excellent in Chinese and English is a must.
6. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Quick learner for new technologies.
7. Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
8. Self-motivated.
