My client's Securities Services Division provides comprehensive global, regional and domestic services for the asset management industry globally, including fund administration, global custody, corporate trust, loan agency, sub-custody and clearing. We are now inviting a qualified individual to join us as Custody Client Services Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Answer internal and external client queries on Corporate Actions related matters within our services standards
Monitor securities performance to ensure the daily routine are handled
Report any irregularities to Management for appropriate actions
Follow up with clients to ensure all instructions and responses are received
Monitor and coach junior staff
Pursue tax reclaims on behalf of clients
Requirements
A minimum of three years' relevant working experience in corporate action of overseas or Asia Pacific markets.
A team player with good interpersonal skill
Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Cantonese; knowledge in Putonghua is a plus
Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
