A Wall Street firm is looking to recruit a junior to mid-level PRC qualified lawyer with 2-3 years experience. Ideal candidates will be familiar with foreign direct investment, M&A and private equity deals in the PRC. Candidates must be able to read and write Chinese and preference will be given to US admitted candidates with experience gained in international firms.
