Our client is a multinational manufacturing company with a vast international presence. Committed to the creation of shareholder and customer value, they are constantly evolving, improving and expanding. They are currently seeking a Division Business Controller to provide strategic leadership to a business division and financial advice at the corporate level.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will have full responsibility for the management and development of this sizable business division. Supported by sizable team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, quarterly financial rolling forecasts and annual budgets, as well as providing financial and legal support to develop commercial efficiency and identify profit improvement and revenue generating opportunities. The challenge is to establish appropriate procedures and controls and to evaluate new business and investment opportunities to support and drive the division's future growth.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
-A university degree in Finance / Business Administration and professional qualifications
-At least 10 years' experience in a sizable MNC manufacturing company
-An open, proactive and flexible style, the ability to think laterally and a mindset for continual improvement
-A hands-on work style with a result-oriented and positive attitude
-Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
