Reporting to the VP of Tax at headquarters, your mandate will be to lead the Asian tax operation to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and to enhance shareholder value by minimising the business' effective tax rate and maximizing cash flow. Your key responsibilities will include the management of the region's tax structure, the proactive review of the regional operations to highlight weaknesses and improve tax efficiencies whilst working as a business partner with senior executives to provide tax guidance in driving commercial solutions.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
-A minimum of 8 years of experience and professional accounting qualifications
-Proven track record of advising senior corporate executives
-Solid regional tax exposure, transfer pricing experience highly regarded
-Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and analytical mind
-Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
