This firm is a successful Hedgefund based in HK, they have become strategic partners with a major developer and have raised over US $1 billion for large-scale construction projects. They are working on a major mixed-use development project which is going to be three times larger than the Canary Wharf project in London, the project is planned for completion in nine years.
The Quantity Surveyor will be degree qualified with a contractor or developer background. Experience in mixed-use commercial and residential development including retail, podium and high rise towers. Must have worked in China and fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to write reports in English. The project will be looking to last twelve years.
