Our client is a highly ranked organization on the Fortune 500 with strong international presence in the retail operation. To strengthen their management capabilities, they are seeking a high potential candidate to fill their newly created position of Director of Communications.

Reporting to Vice President, Business, your core responsibilities will be to :

* work closely with the senior executive to create an effective and efficient internal communication system
* partner with business units heads to develop and implement corporate-wide communication strategies
* manage an internal communication governance methodology and to identify opportunities for better communication internally
* establish policies & guidelines for different internal communication vehicles, e.g. newsletter, intranet, broadcasting...etc
* promote and enhance corporate culture and brand reputation through appropriate means of internal and external communications


Successful candidate should have:

* a degree in communication, journalism or related discipline
* a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporation communication with at least 4 years working closely with senior management
* experience in handling internal and staff communication
* excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
* energetic self-starter, creative, and dynamic
* excellent communication and influencing skills with experience in working with senior management
* experience in team and vendor management
