Our client, an Am Law 100 rank of US firm, is actively seeking candidates with excellent academics, excellent Mandarin and English language skills. Ideal candidates are admitted in PRC. Experienced attorneys are preferred to have relevant experience in M&A, general corporate.
Requirements:
PRC qualified attorney with 5-8 years of experience
Excellent English-language communication drafting skills
Experience in M&A and corporate is preferred
International Education background or Experience in international law firms or MNCs is preferred
Organized and able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks
