Our client, an Am Law 100 rank of US firms is building up the our Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Now they are actively seeking corporate lawyers to join them Commercial & Securities Practice Group to undertake work for both international and local clients in corporate finance projects, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Ideal candidates are admitted in Hong Kong or admitted in other Commonwealth jurisdictions will also be considered. Experienced attorneys are preferred to have relevant experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, general corporate.
Requirements:
Hong Kong qualified attorney with 3+ years of experience with relevant experience in public company transactions
Familiar with the requirements of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code
Excellent Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English language communication drafting skills are essential
Experience in corporate finance projects, M&A and general corporate is preferred
Organized and able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks
