Responsibilities:
•Generate agency business in the leasing and sale/acquisition of commercial properties on behalf of vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants, and to take principal responsibility for the profitability of the Business Line;
•Plan and implement the OS North China annual business plan, consulting with both the Business Line Leader and the Local Managing Directors on the planning. Further, to manage and monitor the Business Line revenue and expenses to ensure that profitability is in line with Budget projections;
•Lead the Business Line in servicing existing clients, nurturing client relationships and cultivating repeat business and referrals;
•Build up a successful sales/leasing team, and to take principal responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Business Line;
•Manage the changes within the business environment, tackle the necessary problem solving, streamline and organize workflow to be an efficient BL within the CBRE business; and
•Carry out any other assignments as directed by the GC Business Line Leader or the Local Managing Directors.
Requirements:
•At least 12 years’ relevant working experience in real estate leasing and/or sales.
•Degree holder in Real Estate or related fields;
•Proven senior management experience from different geographic locations;
•Ability to set goals for team members and work through detail budgets and resource planning;
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaboration and team work approach;
•RICS or HKIS preferable; and
•Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
