Responsibilities:
• Generate business in Strategic Planning, Project Management and Facilities Management;
• Act as a focal point for a number of key clients in Shenyang, providing a consistent and high level of support to both divisional and local clients;
• Support facilities management teams during the business development cycle and participate in pitches and presentations, and contract negotiations;
• Develop communication channels and mechanisms to communicate with the service delivery teams and the corporate services team within each city;
• Enhance the capabilities of the delivery teams and motivate teams throughout the Division; and
• Effectively manage the Asset Services team in Shenyang by being proactively involved in leading and motivating your team, identifying staffing needs and conducting staff appraisals.

Requirements:
• Seven years’ experience in Asset Services/Facilities Management with in-depth experience in the PRC;
• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Estate/Property Management;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Ability to deliver in accordance with client’s specific requirements and a willingness to work as a team player; and
• A high level of managerial capability, creativity, resourcefulness, interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and organisational abilities.
