Our client is a global major IT manufacturer of consumer electronics, computer hardware and software, they are the core technical leader for product manufacturing site; they are currently seeking for an Operation Site Technical Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
Liaise with engineers at headquarters covering the complete product manufacturing cycle
Manage factory and product issues to cope with the production and quality control strategy of the company
Assist in shared operational issues at other locations with site counterparts
Station in Shenzhen, China
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Science or relevant
10 years experience in Operations Engineering
Strong technical skills and experience, in personal computers, consumer electronics, or networking, working with OEM partners
Deep understanding of the Final Assembly, Pack, SMT, and Test Processes
Balance of ME and EE understanding of product, with basic knowledge of technical issues in engineering teams
Experience of project management using process driven and analytical approaches to problem solving, (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, etc)
Direct Experience within a computer final assembly factory preferred
