About Our Client:
Our client is a Fortune 500 company with profitable business in China in the chemical industry. This multinational is now looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead and development its Nanjing operation, which covers both manufacturing and commercial.
Job Description:
You will lead a team of 6 people in Nanjing and report to Greater China CFO in Shanghai. You key responsibility if to help improve the company's reporting and controlling system. You also need to train up the team to do financial analysis and planning so as to act as a business partner.
The Successful Applicant:
* Over 8 year relevant experience
* Good understanding of manufacturing
* Familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS
* Proven solid people management skills
What's On Offer:
