1. Production: - Assemble, test and pack products or subassemblies to quality and quantity standards defined by the work area and release on time the products or subassemblies into stock. - Monitor and verify quality of each production operation using visual inspection, basic measurement devices, automated test equipment and TQC techniques. - Finish production line tasks on time according to monthly build plan.
2. Process Control: - Collect, record and file test results and quality data on forms, charts, graphs, terminals, etc. for product/process control. If needed, submit to statistician for filing. - Take charge of on-line material and work in process subassembly management, ensure traceability of on-line inventory. - Finish monthly physical count on time to make sure that the records correspond with the actual quantity.
3. ISO compliance: - Perform in accordance with process document to ensure process consistence and compliance with ISO stipulation. - Manage and maintain tools and equipment according to relative regulations. - Monitor and apply for tools and equipment calibration before calibration validity falls due. - Strictly implement ESD practice. - Ensure safety, clearness and tidiness of work environment, abide by EHS criteria. - Use and manage dangerous goods and standard substance in strict compliance with related regulation (if applicable).
4. Problem Escalation: - Inform supervisor, engineer or statistician of material, tooling or process problems that may affect production schedules or product quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Fundamental product assembly experience, familiar with production process. - Good understanding of ISO regulation. - Good understanding of quality control, such as TQM - Strong ESD and EHS conscience.
Desired: - Basic English communication ability. - Basic PC operation skills.
