Job Description:
Due to the expansion of their PRC business, this key position will be responsible for providing quality legal advice to senior management on a broad array of matters, including taxation, employment, internal compliance, leases, trademark registration, and some general corporate affair issues.
The Successful Applicant:
Suitable candidates must have at least 3 years of experience from the corporate/commercial group of a law firm or in-house. You should have a thorough understanding of the general commercial, employment, and intellectual property law. In addition, candidates will need to be self-motivated and independent at working in a growing company. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
