Due to exciting developments within the organisation, they are now looking for bright and driven finance professionals to join their finance headquarters in Hong Kong.
Based in Hong Kong and supporting the Senior VP, Group Finance, you will lead a sizeable team in directing all finance and accounting matters at group level. Working in the finance headquarters, you will have extensive interaction with finance functions from around the world.
As Assistant Group Financial Controller, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of all statutory and management reports. To add value to operational excellence you will enhance existing procedures and controls, and ensure best practice policies are properly implemented. You will be the key contact point for auditors, regulators and other professional advisors. In addition, you will lead ad-hoc projects involving accounting systems and business development initiatives.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 10 years experience and professional accounting qualifications
- Experience working within corporate headquarters of listed companies
- Regional exposure with experience working with different nationalities
- A solid track record of people management and development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
