The Group’s Asia regional team mainly focuses on strategic consulting, valuation and investment advisory services in North Asia and Southeast Asia.
As part of the group’s growth strategy in China, they are now looking for a Director – Valuation & Consultancy to lead their Beijing operation.
Requirement:
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in real estate consultancy, valuation or investments;
- University Degree in real estate, hotel management, economics or related disciplines;
- Professional qualifications of RICS, HKIS, MAI or
- Strong analytical and report writing skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English and/or Mandarin;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Commitment to high professional standard;
- Frequent travel
