Our client, a global leader in online financial trading, is seeking an outstanding individual to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller based in Sydney, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting function and back office operations for the companys Singapore activities in the short term. In the long term, the Group has plans to move its Regional headquarters into Singapore, so is looking for a capable individual to be part of this process.
This is a very practical hands-on role in which you will apply your business acumen and financial skills across a variety of disciplines while managing a small team. Our client is looking for a candidate that will be able to help them with new business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have first-class interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, influence and communicate with a diverse array of individuals. It is essential that you have a high level of commercial aptitude, a commitment to excellence and a can do approach. You must be a qualified accountant with 5-7 years work experience, strong academic credentials and a polished and professional appearance.
