Job details Our client is an international retail chain known for having a unique but fast moving portfolio of products. Building their reputation on quality rather than quantity they have a loyal and growing consumer base in Asia. As a result of this growth a new opportunity now exists for an energetic and motivated FMCG specialist to join the team as Sales Manager for their Wines and Spirits division.

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will drive their wholesale line of business. You will manage key clients such as leading hotel chains and develop new prospective partners through trade shows and exhibitions. You will manage a sizeable sales team where you will train, coach and monitor employee performance. Working closely with the buying team you will monitor inventory, provide market feedback and assist in organizing wholesale trade promotions.

To qualify individuals must possess:
-5+ years of sales experience
-Knowledge of the alcohol industry preferred
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Proactive and aggressive
-Tertiary education
-Fluency in English and Cantonese
