Our client is a premier global consumer healthcare company focused on developing and commercialising innovative pharmaceutical products. With such unique products and clientele, this business has a growing presence in the region. As a result of expansion, they are now looking for a Regional Accounting Manager to lead their finance and accounting function in Hong Kong.
Reporting to and working closely with the Finance Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and reporting for the Hong Kong, China and Taiwan operations. Your responsibilities will include financial and management reporting, workflow and process improvement as well as ERP system enhancements. You will support sales and marketing with product and activity costing and provide other value added financial analysis to support key business decisions. This is a leadership role where the ability to motivate and develop your team is critical.
To qualify, individuals must possess;
-An accounting qualification
-A minimum of 6 years experience and have ideally worked in the Big 4
-Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
-Hands-on financial accounting and supervisory experience
-Drive and dedication with strong Mandarin skills
