Our client is one of the largest bank head quartered and operating in Singapore. Due to encouraged internal mobility, this senior position of TREASURY / CAPITAL MARKETS AUDITOR becomes available to the right candidate.
With a wide geographical coverage, this role entails minimal traveling in the Asia Pacific region, managing a team of 10 auditors with experience ranging from 15 years to entry level.
THE ROLE :
- Responsible for the internal audit , risk assessment to the Front, Middle and Back offices of the Group Treasury / Capital Market, Market Risk, ALM, Investment Banking business
- Close visible contact and providing assurance to the Banks Senior Management, Audit Committee, external auditors, regulatory authorities and the business units
- Development of audit scope, plan and strategies,
- Provide leadership to the team of 10 in recruitment, training, direction and mentorship, guidance and supervision
- Preparation of the internal audit planning and audit programs and reports
YOU ARE :
- A people focused person with cross functional experience
- Min 10 to 15 years experience in Banking - Treasury, Capital Market, Investment Banking Auditor and / or experience in Product Control, Market Risk
- Good interpersonal skills with great ability to communicate your thoughts and ideas across well
- Logical and meticulous mindset
