Our client is a reputable firm with locations in 8 countries across Asia Pacific and the USA. They have excellent track records and are the specialist in prime Asian real Estate. They employ approximately 170 associates from a wide background of real estate, corporate finance and investment banking. Today they are strengthening their presence in China in order to be Asia’s most successful real estate investment house.
Location : Shanghai, with some travels outside China
Reporting line: The Board
Number of direct reports : 4 Executives VP
Key Responsibilities:
• To attract Chinese investors to invest in Europe via our client’s European subsidiary or in the US via our client’s USA branche.
• Provide and manage investment opportunities in China for investors from Asia, Europe and the US
• To promote Asia real estate opportunities to Chinese investors and secure investment by Chinese investors in our client’s Products
• Oversee the general management and daily function of the Chinese office.
• Prepare business plan for the company’s operations and review on a regular basis.
• Provide regular and timely reports to the Board.
• To serve as a leader in bringing our client to the next phase of growth.
Profile :
• 15 to 20 years of experience within Real Estate in Asia with strong track records.
• Strong connections with officials, authorities and tycoon will be a huge plus
• A thinker and a strategist
• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
