A major offshore firm in Hong Kong is seeking to add an associate with a solid finance/capital markets background. You will need to possess a Commonwealth qualification and be able to commence work in HK by Q4 ‘08.
The proposed role will be varied and will cover the full range of debt, equity, equity-linked and asset-backed securities, derivatives and structured products. The expertise of this department includes securitisations, repackagings, collateralised bond and loan offerings, note programmes, commercial paper and depository receipt programmes and convertible debt and warrants issues.
Our client is offering a low tax (16%) six figure base with excellent ex-pat package.
